Networks & Wi-Fi
Predictively designed, survey-validated wireless and wired networks that hold up under real load — across estates, floorplates, and industrial sites.
Wi-Fi is where most building technology quietly falls apart. We design coverage predictively against actual construction materials, then validate it on site with post-installation surveys rather than assuming the model was right.
Networks are segmented from the start: building systems, cameras, AV, guest, and owner traffic live on separate VLANs with policy between them, so a compromised device does not become a compromised building. We deploy with redundant WAN, and monitoring that tells us about a problem before the client notices it.
For industrial sites, we extend the same discipline outdoors — point-to- point links, hardened access points, and coverage across yards, docks, and warehouse racking.

Projects using this
Distribution Center, South Bay
A 400,000 square foot facility with plate recognition across the yard, dock dwell analytics, and floor-facing boards showing crews where the bottleneck currently sits.
View projectFlagship Retail, SoHo
A flagship store where shelf-level inventory sensing, queue analytics, and live signage were treated as one connected system rather than three separate installations.
View projectFull-Floor Residence, Tribeca
A pre-war full-floor conversion where every pathway had to be negotiated against landmark constraints, building rules, and an existing riser that was already full.

The earlier we join, the more we can do. Bring us in during design and the infrastructure disappears into the architecture.
