Flagship Retail, SoHo
A flagship store where shelf-level inventory sensing, queue analytics, and live signage were treated as one connected system rather than three separate installations.
Ceiling cameras and shelf sensors continuously estimate stock position on the floor, and the difference between that and the inventory system is surfaced to staff as a task list rather than a report.
The same feed drives the display network: what a customer sees promoted is constrained by what is actually available in the store, which removed a persistent source of floor-staff friction.
All inference runs on-premise. No customer video leaves the building, and retention policy is documented and enforced in the system rather than in a memo.
