30 Keys with mobile credentials
4x Peak-season concurrent device load
0 Guest network incidents in first season

Seasonal hospitality has a brutal load profile: near-empty for eight months, then four times the design load of a comparable year-round property. We sized the wireless and WAN against the peak rather than the average, with predictive design validated by survey once furniture was in place.

Guest, staff, property-management, and building-systems traffic are fully segmented. Mobile credentials replaced the previous fob system, cutting front-desk reissue traffic substantially.

Public-space displays pull from the property management system to show current events, dining availability, and wayfinding.

The earlier we join, the more we can do. Bring us in during design and the infrastructure disappears into the architecture.
