Every property had arrived with different hardware and different conventions, which made the portfolio expensive to operate. Standardising onto one platform mattered more than any individual feature.

Credentials are issued against the booking and expire with it, which eliminated both key handover and the lingering-access problem that comes with static codes.

Temperature, water, and entry monitoring across the portfolio surface in one dashboard, so an issue is caught between guests rather than reported by one.
